For this reason, it was requested to make adjustments in wages until a collective agreement is made in order to eliminate the unjust treatment of the personnel working in IETT with the IMM Directorate.
To be taken into consideration in the collective bargaining agreement, a 13 percent increase was proposed for the first year, effective from March 1, 2020. In the second year, workers were asked to increase their daily wages on February 28, 2021, effective from March 1, 2021, by the rate of CPI.
The increases will be valid until the collective bargaining agreement.
The agenda item, on which the relevant commissions gave a positive opinion, was unanimously accepted by the parliament.
